Red Flag Warning in effect for eastern N.D., west-central and northwest Minnesota

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR-KFGO) – The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for eastern North Dakota, and west-central and northwest Minnesota until 9 p.m. Monday.
