DETROIT LAKES, Minn. (KVRR) — Names are released in a fatal pedestrian crash Tuesday in Detroit Lakes. Police say 81-year-old Dean Chadbourne of Detroit Lakes was hit while walking in the 1500 block of Randolph Road in the noon hour.
