Devils Lake Man Died After Being Thrown from UTV on Sunday
RAMSEY CO, N.D. (KVRR) — A Devils Lake man is dead after crashing his Polaris Ranger UTV on Sunday afternoon. According to North Dakota Highway Patrol, 42-year-old Dustin Noble was on a gravel road about two miles south of the city.
