BECKER CO., Minn. (KVRR: UPDATE 1:15PM 2/12/24) — Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a fatal crash just southeast of Detroit Lakes. They say 83-year-old Fern Brown from Frazee pulled out in front of an oncoming vehicle on Highway 10 at 290th Avenue.
