Rural Park Rapids man arrested after making threats against lawmakers over lost money during COVID
HUBBARD CO., Minn. (KVRR) — A rural Park Rapids, Minnesota man is arrested after threatening to kill State Sen. Glenn Gruenhagen and everyone in the state capitol for money lost during the COVID shutdown. Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office says 58-year-old John Tobias was arrested Tuesday.
