Semi Driver from Winnipeg Cited After Driving Off I-29 And Rolling Rig in Fargo
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A semi driver is cited and his passenger is being treated for injuries after rolling the rig onto its side in the ditch along I-29 in Fargo. Highway Patrol says the crash happened around 2 a.m. when 23-year-old Sukhveer Singh from Winnipeg mistook the shoulder for the 13th Avenue South exit and drove off the roadway….
