OTTER TAIL CO., Minn. (KVRR) — A man is arrested after a pursuit through multiple fields and roads northeast of Rothsay, Minnesota. Otter Tail County Sheriff’s deputies were trying to arrest 33-year-old Levi Barry of Pelican Rapids on Saturday afternoon. Barry was wanted on multiple arrest warrants.
