MOORHEAD, Minn.–The man responsible for the robbery of the Gate City Bank inside the Azool Hornbacher’s in Moorhead on May 1 has been arrested. The United States Marshals Service arrested 51-year-old Robert Evans on October 18 in Marrietta, Ohio.
