STUTSMAN CO., N.D. — Authorities have identified the man killed by an officer yesterday near Medina. He is 27-year-old Michael Schieffer of Jamestown. Authorities say Schieffer fired at officers Wednesday during a pursuit on Highway 281 north of Jamestown.
