Insurance Commissioner Issues Cease-and-Desist Orders Against Three Companies

BISMARCK, N.D. (KVRR) — A cease-and-desist order has been issued against three companies for distributing deceptive materials to North Dakota consumers. Insurance Commissioner Jon Godfread issued the orders against Georgia-based RGI Data Assets, Direct Mail Processing and Delaware-based Mail Pro Leads.
