No jail time for man accused of running over bicyclist last March in downtown Fargo
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The Hawley, Minnesota man accused of running over a biker in downtown Fargo in March will serve no jail time. 43-year-old Jeremy Jorgenson reached a deal and pleaded guilty to misdemeanor reckless endangerment.
