FARGO, N.D. — An NDSU sorority is ‘jailing’ themselves for a cause. Jail and Bail is a fundraiser for the Red River Children’s Advocacy and Prevent Child Abuse America groups put on by Kappa Delta Sorority for Shamrock week.
