MOORHEAD, Minn. — Princesses, cupcakes and bouncy houses can only mean one thing. Addie’s Royal Cupcake Stand is back in Moorhead. Twelve-year-old Addie Loerzel, a Moorhead girl with Spina Bifida, is raising money to help other seriously ill or disabled children enjoy dream vacations.
