THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. — The NTSB has issued a preliminary report on a deadly airplane crash near Thief River Falls. MITCHELL, SD — A Mitchell, South Dakota man was arrested after police say he stabbed another man multiple times. They say 49-year-old Anthony Lewis was awoken by screaming and someone knocking on his door at his apartment.
