BISMARCK, ND — Several homeless men have been forced back onto the streets in Bismarck. The Bismarck-Mandan’s only emergency men’s shelter closed suddenly. With snow expected this week, the closure of the Ruth Meiers Hospitality House has men desperately looking for another place to stay.
