Groundbreaking Held for The Avery, Future Home of F-M Community Theatre
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Another big project gets underway in downtown Fargo. A groundbreaking ceremony was held for The Avery, on the site of the former Avery Tractor Company on NP Avenue. Kilbourne Group says the six-story building will feature nearly 200 apartments, a nearly 500 spot city-owned parking garage and serve as the new home for Fargo-Moorhead Community Theatre….
