GWINNER, ND — An Oakes man died after he rear-ended a tractor pulling a disc plow over the weekend. The North Dakota Highway Patrol identified the victim as 39-year-old Oscar Castro. BECKER COUNTY, Minn. — A Becker County man is dead after getting trapped between his tractor and a tree. Emergency crews were called out just before 3 o’clock to 28998 Tower Road.
