PARK RIVER, N.D. (KVRR 8:45 PM UPDATE) — A shelter in place near Park River, North Dakota has been lifted. Walsh County Sheriff’s Office was assisting North Dakota Highway Patrol and U.S. Border Patrol after a vehicle with five people was stopped, four Hispanic males fled on foot.
