Update: Fire at Washington Square Mall in Detroit Lakes contained
UPDATE: A fire that broke out at Washington Square Mall in Detroit Lakes this afternoon has been contained. The Detroit Lakes Fire Department says the fire started at around 3:00 Friday afternoon in an apartment above Mattson’s Barber Shop. Detroit Lakes, Perham, Frazee, Audubon, Vergas and Callaway firefighters were able to contain the fire to the apartment around 5:30 p.m….
