Decrease in Flyers at Grand Forks Airport

Fewer people are taking to the skies in Grand Forks.

Almost all North Dakota airports saw more passengers this past year, but Grand Forks International Airport saw a drop of 2 percent.

Although there was an increase in passengers for Delta and Allegiant, losing United Airlines in 2013 may be the culprit for the airports boarding numbers.

Airport officials do expect that the overall boarding numbers will stabilize in 2015.
