Pedestrian Hit & Killed In Mandan

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a woman has been hit and killed by a semi-truck on I-94 in Mandan.

The woman was struck around 1 a.m. this morning. Authorities say a 55-year-old Wisconsin man was driving his truck westbound on I-94 when the woman walked onto the road. He was unable to stop before hitting the pedestrian. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Highway Patrol says it has not been able to identify the woman.
