Devils Lake Prisoner Escapes Jail For Second Time

The U.S. Marshalls Service is searching for a federal prisoner who escaped from jail in Devils Lake for the second time in two years.
Wesley E. Brown III escaped from custody at the Lake Region Law Enforcement Center around 1:15 a.m. Saturday.
He was in federal custody awaiting sentencing after he pleaded guilty last to charges of possession of a firearm by convicted felon and escape.
Brown previously escaped a jail in Rugby in June of 2013.
He is described as a six-foot-one- white man who weighs 250 pounds and has brown hair.
He has tattoos on his arms, both sides of his neck, and one teardrop tattoo near his right eye.
