Fatal Head-On Crash In Wadena

A man is dead after a head-on crash in Wadena County.

Sixty-three-year-old Richard Norton of Iowa was driving northbound on Highway 71 around 11:30 a.m. Saturday morning.

He crossed the center line into the southbound lane and collided head on with a Volvo tractor trailer.

He was dead upon arrival of authorities. The driver of the semi truck has no apparent injuries.
