Trial Date Set for West Fargo Teacher

A new trial date for a West Fargo teacher charged with having sex with a former student.

Aaron Knodel’s trial will begin on April 21st in Fargo.

A dispute over handwriting experts had led to a delay in the case.

Another trial was scheduled ahead of Knodel’s, but that case has been delayed, moving up Knodel’s trial date.

He was suspended after charges were filed last August.

The girl claims the relationship took place about five years ago when she was 17.
