United Way of Cass-Clay plans ahead for the future

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — United Way is looking ahead to the future from 2027 to 2030.

The organization has recently hired Dr. Jeff Schatz, Strategic Planning Consultant at Schatz & Associates

The plan is to ask community members what the United Way is getting right and where there’s more work to do.

Local non-profit agencies, civic leaders, and mayors have been invited to participate in a round table later this month.

“Once the plan is all put together, it’s really going to help be our North Star. It’s going to help drive how we execute, where we focus our time, and where we are going to be intentional about driving our United Way forward from here,” said Sandi Piatz, President and CEO of United Way of Cass-Clay.

Members of the community will soon be invited to participate in a survey.

The survey will be released on United Way’s website as soon as next week.
