New Rockford Wedding Shooter Charged with Murder, Other Charges

A man accused of fatally shooting a man and injuring a woman at a wedding reception in New Rockford makes his initial court appearance.
A judge reading the charged against 51-year-old David Troske as he appeared at the Eddy county Courthouse with his attorney.
Troske is charged with five counts including murder and attempted murder.
He is not expected to enter a plea until a later date.
Troske is accused of fatally shooting 41-year-old Donald Perleberg Sunday at the Eagles Club in New Rockford.
He also allegedly shot Mary Seiler and she is recovering in a Bismarck hospital.
