SkyWest Flight Attendant Out of Jail
A flight attendant accused of fabricating a story that prompted an emergency landing in Dickinson is out of jail, without bond.
A judge is not allowing Justin Cox-Sever to fly without court approval until his case is resolved.
He is charged in federal court with interfering with the operation of an aircraft.
Authorities allege he stuffed a bag with towels and reported it as a suspicious package making beeping noises during a flight from Minneapolis.
The FBI says Cox-Sever also admitted to fabricating a bomb threat on an East Coast flight earlier this summer.
