Grand Forks Woman Arrested for Not Going to Prison

A woman convicted on a drug conspiracy charge has been arrested in Grand Forks after failing to report to prison.

Kimberly Ratliff is charged in federal court with escape.

Authorities say she was scheduled to check into a facility in Waseca on June 30.

Ratliff was arrested on Monday in Grand Forks.

She was sentenced in June to 10 years in prison for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
