Fargo Police Searching for Person of Interest in “Suspicious Incidents”

Fargo Police are looking for a man involved in what the department calls “concerning incidents”.

They say the white male, bald, wearing a t-shirt and jeans and in his 30’s or 40’s, approached females, including some younger children.

It happened this afternoon in the area between Main Avenue and 9th Avenue and between 15th and 25th Streets South.

He was riding a bike that was possibly blue, black or purple.
