Defense in Fatal Fargo Bar Beating Pushes for Evidence Suppression

The attorney for one of the men charged in a fatal bar beating in May tries to get some evidence suppressed.

The judge in the Jessy Olson case was asked to dismiss video of Olson taking a cue-ball out of the bar.

The judge has not issued his ruling.

Olson and three others are charged with Gaarsland’s death outside of Ricks and Specks bars in Fargo.

They all remain behind bars.
