Woman Who Set Off Amber Alert Charged

A Fargo woman who set off an Amber Alert is charged.

34-year-old Emily Wollin is charged with removal of a child from a state in violation of a custodial decree, a felony.

Police say Wollin took her three year old son, who she does not have custody of, while he was visiting his father in Fargo.

She was arrested in Moorhead soon after an Amber Alert was issued late Saturday night.

The boy was not harmed.
