RDO Caters Taters for Charity Chooses Anne Carlsen Center

The annual RDO Caters Taters for Charity chose to benefit Anne Carlsen Center.

The potato luncheon was held at Baymont Inn & Suites in Fargo with all the proceeds going to the center.

Attendees chowed down on baked potatoes with various toppings, a beverage and cookie for $8.

The charity event grows every year.

Three-thousand guests were expected to attend this years event.

“I can’t believe how much support we’re getting. We’re really excited at the Anne Carlson Center to be a part of this. And we’re just blessed we got to be the charity choice this year,” says  Chief Officer of Anne Carlsen Center, Patrick Kirby.

The charity will use the donation to fund their “Taylor Made Living.”

It is a community home that can fit four to five disability residents with 24 hour staff.
