Crookston Man Pleads Guilty to ND Drug Charges

A Minnesota man says he will be plead guilty to a federal drug charge in North Dakota.

Arnulfo Ramos, of Crookston, is charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance.

Authorities say the operation involved at least 500 grams of meth meant for distribution in North Dakota and Minnesota.

The charge carries a maximum penalty of life in prison.

A change of plea hearing has not been scheduled.
