Law Enforcement: Seizures Won’t Get You Out of DWI

A man who tried to get out of a DWI charge by faking a seizure, is charged with DWI.

A state trooper stopped the man on Halloween for going 95 in a 55 in the Twin Cities.

When he was told he was being arrested, the man fell to the ground and acted like he was having a seizure.

He was taken to the hospital where troopers say he claimed he could get out of a DWI by faking a seizure.

That man is now charged with third degree DWI.
