Sentence Reduced For Man Convicted In Moorhead Robbery

A man sentenced to 15 years in prison has his sentenced reduced by nearly a decade.
In 2013, 24-year-old Raheem Kemokai robbed Brady’s Service Center and led police on a high-speed chase through Moorhead and Clay County. He was originally sentenced for aggravated robbery, felony fleeing and criminal damage to property.

The Minnesota Court of Appeals ruled that Kemokai’s criminal history did not justify the sentence; and ordered it reduced. A Clay County District Court judge re-sentenced Kemokai this week to six years in prison.
