Vendors Make Scheels Arena a One-Stop Shop

Shoppers can start checking items off of their Christmas list by visiting a plethora of local vendors, all in one stop.

More than 125 Pride of Dakota members show off their unique products at Scheels Arena. Vendors sell food, art, jewelry, wine, clothes and pet items at the Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcase. The event will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Pride of Dakota employees say it’s a good way to shop local, and get community members in the holiday spirit.

“It’s just an opportunity for us to showcase local North Dakota businesses, and all of the different products and things that they make right here in the state. And for local residents to come in and, you know, maybe get some of their holiday shopping done early, or just pick up some fun things for themselves,” said Pride of Dakota Marketing Specialist Kelly Wald.

The event costs $2 for adults, and is free for children 12 years and younger. You can save $1 at the door by bringing a reusable bag.
