Donations Pour in for Victim of Fatal Snowmobile Accident

A GoFundMe page reaches its $15,000 goal to cover funeral expenses for Mason Moen, in just one day.

The account hit $15,000 this afternoon thanks to nearly 300 donations.

Mason is the 10-year-old boy from Thompson who died Sunday in a snowmobile accident north of Hatton.

9-year-old Brody Johnson of Hatton was also seriously hurt after their snowmobile hit a roadway and rolled.

Johnson was flown to Sanford in Fargo but we do not know his condition at this time.

The fundraising page says Mason was a very energetic boy who went to school in Thompson, along with his twin brother.
