Grand Forks Police Search for Vehicle in Deadly Dog Attack

Grand Forks police are looking for a Razor.

The driver of the utility vehicle like this one is the owner of a dog that attacked another dog and a man at Lincoln Drive Park on Saturday.

The man fatally stabbed the dog.

Police want to talk to the dog’s owner to see if the victim has to undergo treatment for rabies.
