Fargo Businessman Announces Bid for Congress

Fargo businessman Jack Seaman is making another running for congress.

Seaman received the Libertarian Party of North Dakota’s endorsement for the post at the party’s annual meeting in November.

He is a precious metals dealer in downtown Fargo.

It will be Seaman’s second bid for the U.S. House.

He lost to Republican Kevin Cramer in 2014.
