North Fargo Homeowners Not Happy with Proposed Zoning Changes

A number of North Fargo homeowners are against a proposed zoning change to build an apartment complex.

Roers Construction and Development has requested the zoning change at 32nd Avenue North and University Drive.

The company wants to build a complex called “Bison Village” which would house more than 700 students.

Some people in the area are concerned about the dramatic increase in traffic and a possible reduction in property values.

They plan to attend Tuesday’s planning commission meeting to express their opposition.
