Two Plead Guilty in Fargo Taco John’s Robbery
Two men have pleaded guilty in federal court in a Fargo Taco John’s robbery and shooting.
Investigators say 27-year-old Rico Brown was the lookout and 25-year-old Calvin Brown drove the getaway car in the September robbery that left a worker injured from a gunshot wound.
U.S. Attorney Christopher Myers says the Browns pleaded guilty to charges related to robbery and interfering with commerce by threats and violence.
Sentencing is scheduled for April.
The cases of three other suspects are also being moved to federal court.
