Man Arrested in Fatal Enderlin Shooting

The man accused in a drive by shooting in Enderlin that left one man dead is now in custody.

Law enforcement say the man turned himself in following the shooting early Sunday.

Paul Miller, 28, is currently in custody at the Cass County Jail on suspicion of murder.

Miller turned himself into police after a drive-by shooting where he allegedly shot and killed Billy Holladay of Enderlin as he walking home from dropping off his nephew.

Fargo police who assisted in the arrest say Miller turned himself into family members following the shooting.

Miller’s relatives contacted an attorney and brought him to Fargo, where he was taken into custody.

People in town of are still trying to cope with the tragedy.

“It’s really very shocking for a community our size to have this happen. It’s a sad deal there’s no other words to describe it. It has put everyone I think emotionally on high,” said Cyndee Chelsey, who lives in Enderlin.

The Ransom County Sheriff says he doesn’t believe the shooting was random, and a motive is still being determined.
