“Remington” Shot Numerous Times

Investigators continue trying to track down who’s responsible for shooting a dog in central Minnesota.

The dog was shot four times in the face and twice in the hindquarters.

A veterinarian believes the dog was shot with a pellet gun.

Stearns County Chief Deputy Bruce Bechtold says the dog has been nicknamed “Remington.”

He says the outpouring of support for the dog has been tremendous with many people saying they would like to adopt Remington.
