Badger Apartment Building Burns Next to Fire Department

A fire breaks out in Badger, right next to the fire department.

Stacey & Wendy Lee sent us this video.

You can see thick white smoke pouring out of that building.

We are told it is an apartment building that started on fire this afternoon.

The bus garage for the school is also nearby.

Fire crews from Badger and Greenbush worked to put the fire out.

The city put out a request for people in town to limit their water usage while crews battled the blaze.

We do not yet know a cause or damage estimate.
