Moszer Kids To Get Free College Education

The state of North Dakota is honoring the sacrifice of fallen Fargo officer Jason Moszer, by offering his children a free college education.
North Dakota University System Chancellor Mark Hagerott has written a letter to Moszer’s widow, reaffirming that the officer’s two stepchildren are entitled to attend any state college or university, at no cost, when they reach the proper age.

Legislators had asked for clarification on whether or not the offer is legal.
A state law waives undergraduate tuition and fees for the children.
