Senator Hoeven’s Words on Nancy Reagan’s Passing

Condolences and well wishes for the family are pouring in from around the world and right here at home.

North Dakota Senator John Hoeven issued a statement on Mrs. Reagan’s passing:

He wrote, in part, “The nation has lost a great patriot and a great model for first ladies for generations to come. Mikey and I express our condolences to the Reagan family on their loss.”

Hoeven also wrote about Mrs. Reagan’s charm, loyalty and keen reading of others that made her an indispensable friend, partner and advisor to the president, both personally and politically.
