Presidential Candidate John Kasich Coming to Minnesota

Republican presidential hopeful John Kasich is headed to Minnesota.

The Ohio governor is scheduled to attend a campaign fundraiser Tuesday at the Minneapolis Club.

Former U.S. Sen. Dave Durenberger of Minnesota endorsed Kasich’s candidacy on Saturday.

Durenberger wrote in a Star Tribune commentary that Kasich ”would change the Washington establishment, including his own party.”

Kasich and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz are trying to stop Donald Trump from getting the party’s nomination.
