Two Area Schools Win Big At State Archery Tournament

Two schools from southeastern North Dakota took top honors in the National Archery in the Schools Program state tournament.

Hankinson claimed top honors in the elementary and middle school divisions. North Sargent took first place in the high school division.

Winning teams and the top ten individuals qualify for the national tournament in May in Louisville, Kentucky.

About 530 archers competed in the event earlier this month in Minot.
