Concordia College Celebrates A Day of Percussion
Some of the world’s great artists pay a visit to Concordia College, celebrating a day of percussion.
The 26th annual music celebration featured artists from around the world.
The public not only had a chance to listen to world famous percussionists, but participate in clinics throughout the day.
“It’s good for the students who are getting educated in percussion instruments, but also teachers and directors, there’s usually something at every clinic that’s applicable to them but community members just want to come and have fun listening to some of the world’s great artists,” says Professor of Percussion, David Eyeler.
The event started back in the early 1980’s and has since had 140 musical guests from around the world.
