Heritage Homes Celebrates Opening of “Aspen” Townhomes

Heritage Homes is celebrating the groundbreaking of its newest townhome development in south Fargo.

The organization held a ribbon cutting ceremony at one of the model homes unveiling the “Aspens,” their newest line of townhomes.

The complex is located on 52nd Avenue South east of I-29.

The 26-unit townhouse complex is a part of what Heritage calls maintenance free townhome living.

“We wanted to make sure that nothing else in town is like it, so when you drive up to it you notice right away the beautiful stone detail, the arches, and the chimneys details, stone, and the covered porches, it really sets itself off beautifully,” said Tyrone Leslie President and Owner of Heritage Homes.

Heritage Homes will be hosting an open house at the development this Sunday.
